Yavelo provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS messages. Free public numbers are shared among users and their inboxes are visible to anyone with the inbox URL. Paid private numbers are dedicated to individual accounts for the duration of an active subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Yavelo to:

• Commit fraud, identity theft, or other illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person or organization
• Circumvent account suspensions or bans on third-party platforms
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to access other users inboxes without permission

4. Public Number Disclaimer

Messages received on free public numbers are visible to any user who visits the associated inbox URL. Do not use public numbers for accounts or services that contain sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided as is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee delivery of SMS messages, compatibility with any specific third-party service, or availability of any particular number.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Paid accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yavelo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
